Engineering Grade Reflective Sheetingadhesive, generally divided into pressure-sensitive and heat-sensitive two types, can be completed as a paste. With the use of the same class of ink screen printing technology, you can also print all kinds of patterns above. The bottom plate for Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting is aluminum and the operating temperature is generally above 18 degrees Celsius. Temperature is too low, will affect the viscose performance, resulting in damage to the mark life. So today, I'm going to introduce the Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting method of storage and tailoring.

Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting

It should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry room with a temperature of 18-24 ° C and relative humidity of 30-50%. The packing case shall be laid flat on the pallet or backing plate and shall not touch the ground directly; the number of stacking layers shall not exceed 5 layers. Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting requires use within one year after purchase.

Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting: Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting should be kept at a temperature of 25 ± 3 ° C and relative humidity of 30-50% for at least 24 hours before operating. Make sure the workplace and tools are clean. Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting recommends that operators wear silk or cotton gloves to avoid damaging or contaminating Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting surfaces.

The Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting after cutting shall be placed on a flat, smooth platform with an area larger than that of the Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting. When not in use, put on a plastic bag and tie up the bag to prevent moisture absorption. The same shape and the same size of the film must be stacked neatly, the control stack height does not exceed 3cm, and does not pressure any heavy objects.

Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting, larger than 3 m in length, should be tightly coiled on a paper tube with an inner diameter of not less than 100 mm, secured with three pieces of tape, and placed vertically on a plastic bracket to avoid“Tunneling”. The open Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting should be used up as soon as possible. For unused Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting, tighten the edges of the film onto the original tube and secure it with tape in three or more places. Place a plastic stand at each end of the tube and place the plastic bag back into the original carton. It can also be propped in the middle of an Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting paper tube and placed horizontally on a special shelf or vertically on a plastic bracket. It is prohibited to throw unused Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting directly to the ground or lean against a wall.
