The classification of reflective material is so complicated that it is not clear how reflective material should be classified in the process of purchasing reflective material. The common road traffic reflective material is divided into five levels: I class reflective material, II class reflective material, III class reflective material, IV class reflective material, and V class reflective material. Class II reflective material: super-engineered reflective material, outdoor weathering for 7-10 years. The reflection coefficient is not less than 140 light, the product is a micro-diamond mirror reflection structure. The use of the scene is national and provincial road traffic signs, all kinds of permanent traffic signs. And all kinds of transport facilities products.

Class III reflective material: high-strength reflective material, outdoor weathering 7-10 years. The reflection coefficient standard is not less than 250 light, the product is a micro-diamond mirror structure. The use of the scene is national and provincial road traffic signs, municipal traffic signs all kinds of traffic safety products.

Class IV reflective material: super reflective material, outdoor weather-resistant for 10 years, product reflection coefficient not less than 360 light, the product is micro-diamond mirror structure. Commonly used in municipal traffic signs, high-speed traffic signs, and all kinds of high-end transport equipment products.

Class V reflective material: Diamond-grade reflective material, diamond-grade reflective material for 10-12 years, the product reflection coefficient is not less than 580 light. There are two kinds of reflective structure: micro-prism and full prism. Mainly used for high-speed traffic signs and all kinds of high-end transport facilities products, currently domestic production of five kinds of reflective material less used, mainly imported products.
